Foamtec’ custom made material provides quality, customer-oriented solutions for sound and dampening to the Hard Disk Drive maker. These special foam materials are converted into gaskets and seals parts for sound dampening and insulation. We also convert gap pads and other thermal interface materials that draw heat away from electronic components.  

These shielding materials, insulators, conductive gaskets, and thermal management materials that improve the function of the electrical components performance. 

Foamtec has been supplying to the hard disk drive industry for more than ten years. With state-of-the-art converting capabilities, raw materials are converted into Acoustic Foam Insulators, Seals Thermal Pads and Canister Filters. 

Foamtec manufactures customized seals, such as Servo Seals, Helium Seals Seals and Screw Seals in a cleanroom environment. 

Foamtec manufactures customized Acoustic Foam Insulators using specially developed polyurethane foam. We produce our PU Foam in our foaming plant in Laem Chabang, Chonburi-Thailand. 

Foamtec also convert non-silicone heat conducting pads for thermal management of the integrated chips on the printed circuit boards of the hard disk drive.
