- Foamex Asia setup its Head Office and factory in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Foamtec (Singapore) commenced operations in Singapore.
- Foamtec (Singapore) obtained ISO 9002 certification.
- Foamex Asia obtained ISO 9002 certification.
- Foamtec (Singapore) started shipping ink-jet foams to HP (IJMS) following a JV with Advanced Materials Inc., USA.
- Establishment of Foamex Asia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia primarily to support Western Digital Malaysia.
- Foamtec acquired Clean-room Wiper business from Wilshire Technologies resulting in formation of Wilshire Contamination Control Division.
- Foamtec started manufacturing clean room product in Class 100 environment.
- Foamtec (Singapore) entered into a Joint Venture with DATA2, Singapore to manufacture Clean-room seals for the HDD industries.
- Commodity Management Center established in Thailand for Flextronics.
- Establishment of Foamex Asia in Wuxi, China.
- Relocate Wilshire Contamination Control plant to Ayutthaya, Thailand.
- Relocate Fabrication plant to Bangpoo, Thailand.
- Begin construction of the Technical Foam plant in Laem Chabang, Thailand.
- Foamtec (Singapore) awarded Top 50 Fastest Growing SMEs
- Foamtec expanded Wuxi Operations to 26,544 sq. ft.
- Laem Chabang plant started full operation in March with a state of the art technical foam line.
- Foamtec Wuxi started manufacturing and delivered to customer in March.
- Foamex Asia upgraded ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949-2002.
- Foamtec (Singapore) and Foamex Asia (Malaysia) obtained ISO 9001:2000
- Foamex Asia – Fabrication plant obtained ISO14001:2004.
- Laem Chabang plant approved for HP (IJMS) & HDD Customers for the supply raw materials.
- From September 2007, Hua Kee group bought over the joint venture interest from Foamex International.
- Foamex Asia Co. Ltd. is now known as "FOAMTEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.” This buy-out allows Foamtec International to move more quickly on significant opportunities identified in the Microelectronics and Medical markets.
- Company renamed Foamtec (Wuxi) Co., Ltd., China.
- Foamtec (M) Sdn. Bhd., Malaysia
- Foamtec International Co., Ltd. (Bangpoo Fabrication), Thailand
- Foamtec International Co., Ltd., Laem Chabang, Thailand
- Foamtec (Singapore) and Foamtec (Malaysia) obtained ISO14001:2004 certification.
- Foamtec (Dongguan), China new plant catering to the South China market was set up.
- Relocate Fabrication plant from Bangpoo to Amata, Thailand.
- Foamtec (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. obtained ISO9001:2008 certification.
- Foamtec (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. obtained ISO14001:2004 certification.
- Nov'17 - Relocated part of Foamtec Singapore operation to 71 Woodlands Industrial Park E9, Wave9.
- Apr'18 - Started new 3000m2 factory operation at Kulai, Indahpura Industrail Park.
- Relocated Foamtec Malaysia Puchong factory to Kulai.
- May'18 - Foamtec Singapore relocated to 71 Woodlands Industrial Park E9, Wave9.
- Foamtec (M) Sdn Bhd Obtained ISO AS 9100 Aerospace Quality Management Systems
- Foamtec (M) Sdn Bhd Obtained ISO 13485:2016 Medical Device Quality Management System
- Jan – Foamtec (Dong Guan) operations ceased.
- Dec – Foamtec (Singapore) from level 3 to level 8 within 71 Woodlands Industrial Park E9, Wave9
